The recently formed Index Climbers Collective, together with the American Alpine Club,  present the Index Climbers Festival.

The Index Climbers Collective is a small, volunteer-run nonprofit organization with the goal of supporting climbing stewardship in Index and raising money to address needs stemming from the area's growing popularity in a way that prioritizes sustainability and access.
